Call Uncle Carl!: Family Matters star, Darius McCrary, reveals sexual abuse [VIDEO]

All Hollywood sexual misconduct allegations matter.

However, Family Matters star, Darius McCrary, claims to have kept quiet about the abuse he endured as a child because he’s “not thirsty” for attention.

On Thursday, while leaving The Montage Hotel in Bev Hills, the 45-year-actor who masterfully gave life to Steve Urkel’s best friend, Eddie Winslow, for 9 seasons on the hit 90s sitcom shockingly confessed to being molested by an industry high-roller prior to becoming a integral piece of pop culture history.

“I was inappropriately touched by a Hollywood executive and I’m not telling on nobody,” Darius explained to TMZ. “This happened when I was a young man.”

After staunchly refusing to drop names and staying mum on whether or not the attack occurred during his Family Matters days, the TV icon proudly professed his disinterest in receiving sympathy or shine in light of his assault–unlike a handful of his fellow noted victims who’ve recently come forward with sexual harassment allegations.
