Ain’t Gay Never: Kordell Stewart hitting Andrew Caldwell with $4.5 million lawsuit

Ex-NFL quarterback Kordell Stewart is attempting to legally close-line the bank account of saved-straight social media personality, Andrew “Delivert” Caldwell, for making “false and defamatory” claims about their alleged homosexual affair.
Just a few short weeks after footage featuring the half dressed 44-year-old’s bare booty cheeks –which was released by a man claiming to be Kordell’s lover–

went viral, the football star is dragging Andrew to court in the hopes to be granted $4.5 million for the strife the internet vixen caused him…
According to legal documents obtained by TheDailyMail, the ex-husband of Real Housewives of Atlanta star, Porsha Williams maintains that Andrew’s claims damaged his career, image and hurt his family.
He’s suing for loss of earnings, emotional distress and impairment to his reputation.

As previously reported on Cheekywiki, the “I’m not gay no more” digital sensation took to airwaves with tea about his supposed guy-on-guy romance with Kordell saying, “I dated plenty of football players […] I dated Kordell Stewart […] I had everything that Porsha got. I had bags, purses, cars… I’m in a Jaguar right now,” during an interview with TheShakeUp Show.
To those accusations, Kordell’s lawsuit states, “at all times during his life, Mr. Stewart has been, and is, a heterosexual male.”
And though Andrew has since retracted his steamy same-sex statements, the former Pittsburgh Steeler is moving forward with his hefty lawsuit as he maintains the gay allegations harmed is marriage to Porsha and caused his 9-year-old son to be subjected to bullying.
In his suit, Kordell– who claims he had to turn down a number of hosting gigs and appearances in the wake of the homosexual “saga”– reportedly believes he is owed an additional $2 million in general damages for the emotional stress and professional harm caused by the malicious statements.

And he is also seeking reimbursement for the $15,340 he paid to employee services to repair his brand.

So far, Andrew has not publicly commented on the $4.5 million lawsuit..
