Ain’t No Charges, Bih: Seal dodges criminal charges in sexual battery case

Seal successfully swerved criminal charges stemming from a sexual battery complaint issued by his former neighbor.

For allegedly forcing himself on actress Tracey Birdsall in the kitchen of his Los Angeles abode back in February 2016, the “Kiss From A Rose” singer will NOT face prosecution.

The L.A. County District Attorney’s Office rejected the case, citing lack of witnesses or evidence to corroborate Tracey’s allegations, according to TMZ. Plus, the statute of limitations on the crime has reportedly already been met.

As previously reported on Cheekywiki, the actress claimed the British pop singer aggressively kissed her and grouped her breasts when she stopped by his house to retrieve a salad spinner she’d loaned him.

Tracey issued her complaint against Seal after the musician openly bashed Hollywood heavyweights–namely, Oprah Winfrey– for keeping Harvey Weinstein’s creep reputation under wraps for years.

Following the complaint, a rep for the “Fly Like An Eagle” crooner dropped a statement saying: “Seal vehemently denies the recent allegations made against him by a former neighbor for alleged misconduct more than a year ago. He intends to vigorously defend himself against these false allegations.”

So far, Seal has yet to publicly comment on his case being rejected by the L.A. District Attorney’s Office.
