Baby Bags: Amare Stoudemire sued by alleged baby mama for permanent child support

Retired NBA superstar, Amare Stoudemire, is learning the importance of suiting up in protective gear off-court…

Quynn Lovett, a Miami based stay-at-home mother of two, has filed a paternity lawsuit against the 34-year-old married ex- Miami Heat slam dunker, in which she requests a Florida judge officially declare him the father of her infant daughter, Zoe Renee.

According to legal documents, obtained by The Daily Mail, Qynn is seeking permanent child support from Amare as well as full custody of the little girl–with whom the athlete has neither been involved with nor visited.

A native of Massachusetts, the complainant–who began receiving $4,333 a month in temporary child support via Amare, in 2016– also claims the 6'10" hoop master hasn't paid any of her maternity bills, which she estimated to be around $11,000.

Amare, who married the mother of his four children, Alexis Welch, in 2012, has reportedly admitted that there's a possibility he is Zoe's father; however, he's deemed Quynn's lawsuit "frivolous."

In his response to the complaint, Hapoel Jerusalem's power forward claims he was, "informed of his paternity several months after the child was born" and has been giving the little girl's mother a monthly stipend for the child as well as paid her legal bills, which total approximately $22,500.

Amare claims he established regular child support payments on Nov. 1, 2016 although the amount wasn't revealed in the court papers…nor was the extent of his and Quynn's intimate relationship.

Last year, the NBA veteran's alleged baby mama tried suing him in Massachusetts, but the case was dismissed in March 2017.

Quynn–though praised as being, "smart as a whip," by her 64-year-old mother, Judy Lovett– is currently raising her children and not interested in looking for employment.

Shorty's income in 2016, according to her financial disclosure, was $2,983 until she began collecting child support checks from Amare, who boasts an estimated net worth of $160 million.

Neither the baller nor his supposed BM have openly commented on the lawsuit..
