Tyra Banks accused of physically abusing an “America’s Got Talent” kid

BANG’EM UP BANKS??

When runway slayer, Tyra Banks, orally ran through an disappointing contestant on America’s Next Top Model in her infamous “We were all rooting for you” rant over a decade ago, the world thought that’d be the first and only time we’d hear about the legendary super model acting out-of-pocket.

WELL…
Per a freshly filed lawsuit, the 43-year-old newly appointed America’s Got Talent hostess is being accused of “physically manipulating and verbally abusing” a child while her parents auditioned for their moment of musical glory on the NBC based competition series…

NOT TY-TY BABY????

In the legal documents, filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday and obtained by TheWrap, a woman — identified as Jane Doe in the suit — claims that she and her husband hit NYC to try-out for AGT back in January, performing a song about motherhood, which “held a certain long-term emotional importance” to her minor daughter, identified in the suit as Mary.
Pursuant to the court papers, “the song celebrated Mary’s birth and the family bond among the members of her family.”
In March, the suit reportedly goes on to explain, the family was flown out to Los Angeles to perform the song for a taped audition, and were “publicly humiliated” by the panel judges and a member of the audience.

According to the filings, Mary was instructed to “act embarrassed and annoyed by her parents’ performance.”

The complainant alleges Tyra–who was tapped to replace comedian/Mariah Carey’s baby daddy, Nick Cannon, as AGT host back in March– “physically manipulated and verbally abused Mary,” by shaking her shoulder and pulling her hair back.

Life-Size movie’s  5′ 10″ high-fashion staple is said to have also allegedly caused the young girl a degree of “emotional distress” by “insinuated that Mary was accidentally conceived, made fun of the performance and ridiculed [the song] in front of Mary, all in front of active cameras that were filming Mary.”
WELL GOT ZAMNNN…

In light of their audition disaster, the complaining family reached out to the powers that be over AGT, Marathon Productions, requesting that their footage not be televised or published… They were reportedly told that the footage would be exploited, but not used in their entirety.

Alleging intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent infliction of emotional distress, civil battery, and civil assault, the suit is seeking unspecified damages.
So far, Tyra Banks has NOT made any public statements about the accusations being made against her in this lawsuit.
DO YOU BELIVE SHE WOULD INTENTIONALLY HURT A CHILD? WHY OR WHY NOT?
