Bad Behavior Bags: Kodak Black sued for missing concert dates while he was in jail

Concert promoters are coming HARDDD for Kodak Black’s green in effort to recoup monies lost due to the Hip-Hop heavyweight’s penchant for getting arrested.

As if currently sitting in jail on charges of grand theft of a firearm, possession of weed, two counts of felony weapon possession, two counts child neglect, and probation violation wasn’t bad enough, the 20-year-old Painting Pictures creator has now been hit with a hefty lawsuit for allegedly fading a number of paid performances.

Pursuant to legal papers, obtained by TMZ, concert promoter Corey Minniefield claims Kodak signed a show agreement on February 28, 2017, and subsequently received a $45K check for the event. However, that same day, the rapper was arrested for violating the terms of his probation…And thus, unable to make the show.

Corey purports to have rescheduled the “Lock Jaw” jammer for a later date, but again, he didn’t show up to slay the stage.

Homie is suing for the full return of the coins he paid Kodak.

A separate promoter, Nicholas Fitts, reportedly fired off a legal letter to the “Tunnel Vision” rhymer’s team, alleging Black skipped a showcase in NYC on March 3 of last year. He claims the concert was rescheduled for April 15 and 29, but again, Kodak was a no-show.

Despite the fact the Florida native was in jail during the times of both concert’s original and make-up dates, Nicholas reputedly laid out $123K in booking fees, and wants Kodak to pay him his money back…or else.
