Bags on Bags: Young Thug sued by NYC concert promoter for $360,000

Though no stranger to being the center of attention, it’s safe to assume your man Young Thug is not excited about catching the lawsuit spotlight being shone upon him by a concert promoter who claims the rapper wrongfully faded his show.

Thugger Thug would be wise to have his finest court hearing gown steamed and pressed to the gawwwwwddds as a New York City based event organizer, named Nicholas Fitts, is suing the sugar out of him to the tune of $360K for breach of contract.
According to reports, Nicholas claims the 25-year-old “Danny Glover” rhymer signed binding documents agreeing to slay Sahlens Stadium as a part of the Roc Summer Explosion in Rochester, New York on August 13, 2016. The contract was worth $55,000.

In the lawsuit–which was filed on January 17– the promoter reportedly maintains that Thug not only faded his promise to kill it on stage but also, “did not have a valid legal reason for his failure to perform.”
Nicholas goes on to maintain that he lost $201,620 in ticket sales alone…. And furthers his plight against the Atlanta native by breaking down his costs in the lawsuit as follows:
• $27,500 for a deposit

• $11,216 in security costs

• $33,600 for lighting and sound

• $57,446 in printing, promotion, venue rental, insurance and equipment.

So far, the “Best Friend” rapping rockstar has NOT responded to the concert promoter’s lawsuit.
