Cardi B sued for $5 MILLION for allegedly sexualizing a man’s pic for album cover glory

Money moves are being made on several of Cardi B’s bags, as the man with his face planted in the rapper’s crotch on her 2016 mixtape album cover is now suing sis for using his likeness without permission and manipulating the pic in a super sexual manner.
Kevin Brophy, a guy who purports to be “100%” sure an image of his shirtless back was unjustifiably featured on the 25-year-old’s Gangsta Bitch Music Vol. 1 artwork, is now demanding a whopping $5 MILLION from the Bronx boomer and her manager for positioning his photo to appear as if he’s performing oral sex on the Hip-Hop newcomer.
Per legal papers, obtained by TMZ, homeboy claims he never signed off on his picture’s use, and only learned of his appearance on Cardi’s cover when a friend brought it to his attention, saying he was “cunnilinging [sic] this rapper called Cardi B.”

Kevin—who alleges to have never met the “Bodak Yellow” emcee nor any of her reps—goes on to claim his pre-school aged son peeped the mixtape cover and has repeatedly asked questions about what daddy’s doing in the picture and who’s the woman with him.
And while his face remains unseen in the infamous snapshot, Kevin is standing flat-footed in his argument he’s the man in the pic thanks to his distinct decade-old back art of a tiger battling a snake.

So far, Cardi has yet to publicly comment on the case..
