Beyonce, Pharrell, Jay-Z, Kanye, and Rihanna jointly SUING Eleven Paris

COMING FOR COIN…

While it’s no DUH that one can make hella bank by plastering the faces of Hip-Hop’s reigning royalty on T-shirts and selling them to the general public, fashion designer Eleven Paris is learning the hard way that you can’t do that without their permission.

BLOOP…
SO PEEP…

Word on the block has it that Beyonce, Jay-Z, Kanye West, Rihanna, and Pharrell Williams have teamed up to collectively SUE the sewing materials out of Eleven Paris for using their pictures on their apparel.

In addition to copy written photos of the celebs, some of the gear reads “Kanye is my Homie, “Pharrell is my Brotha,” as well as lyrics from Beyoncé and Rihanna songs.

BRUH…

WHO’s IDEA WAS THIS…

According the lawsuit obtained by the New York Daily News, the pissed off group of music gods referred to the fashion retailer as “habitual, willful intellectual property infringers that, without authorization, usurp the trademarks, copyrights and other rights of A-list celebrities.”

AW SH**…

Yonce, HOV, Rih, Ye, and Skateboard P are GUNNING to recoup profits and triple damages for the “immediate irreparable harm” Eleven Paris has done to their likeness.

The complaint filed on Oct. 6 in federal court in New York said ElevenParis has ignored the artists’ warnings to STOP the selling the clothes out of in a store in Manhattan’s SoHo district and on its website.

HOWEVER…

On Wednesday, Eleven Paris released a statement claiming they have been negotiating with the celebs for nearly a year saying, “Eleven Paris is determined to find a fair and balanced agreement with them and their advisers.”

GOOD LUCK BOO BOO…

So far, none of the A-listers–who all have their own MILLION dollar clothing lines–have made any public comments about the lawsuit.
