Bih Better Have My Bags: Blac Chyna smacked with $150K infringement lawsuit

Kardashian Koin Krusher, Blac Chyna, is being called to justice for allegedly sharing unauthorized pictures of HERSELF via Instagram.

While her would-be family-in-law is busy dodging fiery legal darts fired off from in between her exquisitely manicured fingers, Rob Kardashian’s 29-year-old baby mama is unwittingly serving as a bullseye for photo agency, Backgrid, who’s accusing her of wrongfully sharing their pics, and in turn, blocking them from profiting off of the snapshots.

According to court documents, obtained by The Blast, Blac Chyna posted shots of herself on September 13, 2017 and October 27, 2017 that were taken by Backgrid.

Per the filings, the agency claims it owns the rights to the pics and never licensed them to Blac Chyna.

They add, when the buxom beauty shared the pics to her nearly 14 million digital devotees, she simultaneously diminished the value of the pictures for further sale by the company.

Backgrid also accuses Chyna of using one of the images in question to promote a fashion brand—presumably turning a profit from the unauthorized use of their photo.

The photo agency is reportedly seeking a staggering $150,000 per infringement, plus damages.

Back in November, Chyna’s juicy cakes were slapped with a similar lawsuit via photo agency, FameFlynet, who sued the voluptuous vixen for sharing a pic of her and son, King Cairo, enjoying a day out with Rob K—the pic was taken last year, before their messy bessy break-up.

FameFly sought any and all profits BC made from sharing their snap.

So far, Blac Chyna has not publicly addressed her infringement suit(s).
