Birdman SUING Jay-z’s Tidal for $50,000,000

NOT SO FREE WEEZY…
Despite the rift between Birdman and his ex-play son, Lil Wayne, it’s seems the Cash Money Records CEO, is TROLLING Jay-z with a “if I can’t have him, no one can have him” lawsuit…

Birdman is SUING Jay’s music streaming company, Tidal, for $50 MILLION for streaming songs from Lil Tunechi’s “Free Weezy Album.”

BRUHHHHHHHHHH….
In the lawsuit, Birdman reportedly SHADES Jigga’s struggle bunny company by saying it’s use of Wayne’s new music is, “a desperate and illegal attempt to save their struggling streaming service.”
SO NASTY. SO RUDE.
BUT THEY WEREN’T DONE TROLLING THERE….
According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Cash Money claims it has exclusive rights to Wayne’s music and Tidal is an illegal intermeddler.
Tidal, on the other hand, says that the “Sorry For The Wait,” rhymer specifically gave it the right to stream his music, in return for part ownership in the company.
HOWEVER….
Cash Money says Wayne does not have the power to license his music to anyone else and BASHED his “FWA” album for the “tepid reviews” it received.
MESSY BESSY….
So far, Neither Jay-Z nor Lil Wayne have made any public statements concerning Birdman’s $50 MILLION lawsuit.
