Bish Wheet?: R. Kelly “outraged” by calls for criminal investigation into sex cult

COMING FOR KELLS…

Happy People” performer, R. Kelly, is BIG MAD at the people gunning to have him targeted in an investigation over his alleged sex-obsessed cult…

OOOOP…

On Friday, Atlanta mayoral candidate John Eaves – currently the Chairman of the Fulton County Board of Commissioners, the group whose requests to ban the accused “Seems Like You’re Ready” singer from performing at Georgia’s Wolf Creek Amphitheater on Aug. 25 were denied by Live Nation – announced his plans to demand the District Attorney launch a full criminal investigation into music’s 50-year-old ill-reputed Pied Piper for supposedly holding six woman captive in his various residences.

“A detailed local investigation by the John Creek Police Department has provided key information that we believe is enough evidence that gives the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office all it needs to advance a criminal investigation of the well-known allegations,” Chairman Eaves said in a statement on August 11. “Today, I am asking District Attorney Paul Howard and his investigative officers and prosecutors to fully review the report of the Johns Creek Police and follow every lead—no matter where it leads, or who it implicates, and bring those persons to swift justice.”

He added, “No one should be above the law, because of their income or their zip code. And we will not allow our young girls and young women to be preyed upon by predators or anyone who aims to brainwash and strip them of their human dignity and their right to be free.”

Despite the Board of Commissioners’ claims to have uncovered new information against Kells that “severely raised the level of concern,” the district attorney’s office said they are merely “evaluating” the new file, but there is currently no investigation, according to USA Today.

“We are in the process of evaluating the file. Once the evaluation is complete, we will take the appropriate action,” Fulton County district attorney Paul L. Howard, Jr. revealed. “We are not investigating Mr. Kelly; we are merely reviewing the informational file provided by the Johns Creek Police Department.”

As for R. Kelly–who’s denied the sex-cult allegations made against him by deeming them a “bunch of crap”–his representative, Trevian Kutti, says the Grammy Award winner is “outraged” by efforts of the county board and Eaves “to interfere with his business interests and now, absent any authority, attempt to have him targeted for investigation.”
