This week, the 24-year-old one hit wonder is making headlines with claims that her ex-business overseer, Arthur Smith, could get her kicked off of the upcoming season of “Love And Hip Hop New York” as he’s threatening to sue VH1 if he’s not paid for her participation on the show.

According to her lawsuit obtained by TMZ, B says her now 9 year old contract with Arthur is VOID AF because he stopped meeting his management obligations shortly after her 2006 hit lost its luster and his management label went under.
