Birdman defaults on $12M loan & in danger of losing Miami Mansion; Rick Ross got jokes

Birdman’s Cash Money is apparently on life support AF—at least when it comes to a multi-million dollar loan the music mogul is said to have defaulted on—and now,his biggest detractor, Rick Ross, is using his money woes as digital amo!

In the wake of catching hella side-eye from Hip-Hop heads, worldwide, in regards to his alleged unwillingness to appropriately pay ex-son/business associate, Lil Wayne, for his contributions to their music imprint, the 45-year-old “What HappenedTo That Boy” rapper is now reportedly in danger of losing his $14.5 million waterfront Miami mansion after using it as collateral in order to borrow big bucks.

According to court documents, obtained by The Blast, Birdman was loaned $12 million, in 2015, from a company called EMG Transfer Agent, and designating the 9-bedroom property he purchased in 2012 as financial backing for the deal.

Unfortunately for the Hip-Hop heavyweight, he’s now defaulted on the loan and EMG is demanding the estate—complete with 225-foot ceilings and features a below ground pool, outdoor pool with cabana, a movie theater, gym, spa, an in-house massage room, 100 feet of waterfront and a private dock—be foreclosed on so they can get their money back.

The company is reportedly seeking its 12 mil plus interest and late charges.

Adding salt to his longtime foe’s wound, Rick Ross took to Snap Chat clowning Birdman—who’s romantically linked to R&B legend,Toni Braxton— for his coin catastrophe, and accusing him of stealing money from his “old lady” girlfriend.

So far, neither Birdman nor Toni have clapped back at Ross for his mess..
