Cold World: Tyrese’s 10-year-old daughter allowed to testify against him in child abuse case

POINTING AT PAPA…

If Tyrese thought his beef with The Rock would be his most challenging upset of the week, the Hip-Hop turned Hollywood hot boy has another thing coming as a judge has just granted his ex-wife, Norma Gibson, permission to call their 10-year-is daughter as a witness in her child abuse case against him…

GOT ZAMNNNNNN…

Life is coming at the 38-year-old Fast And Furious star fast AF in light of the criminal allegations his baby mama’s charged him with—in which she claims he violently “went into a rage, pushed our daughter to the ground, pinned her face down, put his knees on her back, grabbed her hands with one arm and beat her with the other”—as the singer/actor’s baby girl, Shayla Gibson, is now free to testify against him in court.

According to legal documents, obtained by TheBlast.com, upon learning of Norma’s desire to have Shayla participate in their domestic violence courtroom proceedings, Tyrese—who’s vehemently denied the abuse accusations as the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services launched an investigation into the claims—argued that her involvement could “have drastic, long-lasting implications for the child’s wellbeing and psychological welfare.”

However, the judge evidently disagreed with the “How You Gonna Act Like That” crooner and ruled in his ex-wife’s favor, allowing their little one to tell her truth in court, if she so chooses.

As previously reported on Cheekywiki, Norma was granted a temporary restraining order against Tyrese—who she claims had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and manic behavior—last month, and is seeking to have the protective order made permanent.

The exes are set to reappear in court on October 24.
