Migos allegedly refused to appear w/ drag queens during Katy Perry’s SNL performance

AHHHHH SH**..
Though Katy Perry’s out-of-pocket Saturday Night Live performance of “Bon Appetit” alongside Migos gave social media savages more than enough material to digitally bury her in the depths of the online underworld, it seems the pop singer’s “Bad And Boujee” collaborators are also being dragged to hell by their baby hairs for their rumored refusal to share the stage with some drag queens…
OOOOOOOH…

YOU KNOW THE COMMUNITY WONT LIKE DIS..

SO PEEP…
Following the unlikely foursome’s semi-slay of SNL over the weekend, sources connected to their showcase have spilled guts claiming Quavo, Offset, and Takeoff were allegedly pissed off by their 32-year-old “Firework” singing colleague’s decision to incorporate a gaggle of New York City’s baddest drag divas into their joint performance.

According to Uproxx, in a since-deleted post from World Of Wonder–the production company behind Ru Paul’s Drag Race–several anonymous cross dressing cuties and a SNL staffer came forward accusing the north Atlanta reppin’ trio of vetoing their participation in the show..

PEEP SOME THEIR REPORTED ACCOUNTS:

PERFORMER:

“I was one of the performers on that table with them the whole time, during the rehearsal for 3 days. On the day of the filming, when I got there, I was told to leave. I wasn’t on the set at the time, but we were asking what happened. They said it was because Migos doesn’t feel comfortable with having drag queens there.”

PERFORMER:
“I heard it from the stylist. They changed the queens out in the Bon Appétit number, and they didn’t seem too thrilled during rehearsal either, with us there.”

SNL EMPLOYEE:

“I work at SNL and the rumors are true! Migos held up rehearsal because they ‘weren’t comfortable with the drag queens’ being there. There were initially more drag queens on the set for that song, but after Migos threw a fit, Katy Perry’s team removed some of the queens from the performance.”

OOOOOOOP…

Though World of Wonder has removed the alleged accounts of the discarded drag queens from their site–which was followed up by a reaction via a representative from Capitol Music who was said to have referred to the rumor as “completely false and fabricated”– the story may be somewhat believable given Migos’ history of making presumably homophobic comments.
As previously reported on Cheekywiki, earlier this year, the “Slippery” spitters caught a serious internet spanking after their questionable remarks about ILoveMakonnen’s same-sex preferences went viral..
So far, none of the Culture rapping group members have openly commented on their supposed issue with performing alongside drag queens on SNL…
