Derrick Rose uses TuPac’s rape case against his sexual assault accuser

PAC TREATMENT PLEASE…

NBA big guy, Derrick Rose, is doing everything short of tying a bandana around his head and getting “Thug Life” tatted across his tummy in order to prove his sexual assault case is similar to that of late emcee, TuPac Shakur, in the hopes Judge Michael Fitzgerald will finally force his accuser to reveal her identity.

For some time now, the 27-year-old New York Knicks point guard has reportedly been gunning to convince the courts that the woman who’s accusing him of rape should NOT be able to unfairly hide behind a pseudonym while his name get DRAGGED through the mud for filth..
WELLLLLL NOW…
According to TMZ, D. Rose and his legal team have exhumed TuPac’s 1993 sexual assault case in which the judge ordered the “How Do You Want It” spitter’s 19-year-old female victim to come forward with her real name when she tried suing the rapper in civil court following his 9 months bid for the crime..
The courtroom official presiding over Pac’s case BLOCKED ol’ girl from using a false moniker and claimed she and her legal team tried to gain a “tactical advantage” in the case through public statements trashing Pac … and it wasn’t fair.

SO NOWWW…
The former NBA MVP and his attorneys are claiming his and the West Coast legend’s assault cases are similar and the judge should make his accuser come out from behind the curtain, too.

“Mr. Rose would be placed at a serious disadvantage if he were required to defend himself publicly while Ms. Doe could make her accusations from behind a cloak of anonymity,” spilled his lawyers.
With TuPac’s old suit being drudged up, in addition to all the other nonsense being tossed around in Derrick’s case, Judge Fitzgerald issued a temporary gag order barring all parties from making public statements that bash anyone related to the case, discussing testimony or revealing evidence not admissible at trial, according to the New York Daily News.
“I am really fed up with both of you,” the judge said to the lawyers concerning the constant bickering between their clients, on Thursday.
So far, there’s no word on whether or not D. Rose’s accuser will be ordered to reveal her identity… But based on the judge’s recent ruling in the case… Now is NOT a good time to be asking for favors.
