Diddy to produce ABC sitcom based on the life of his ex-assistant

DIDDY BOP…

It looks like Nicki Minaj isn’t the only Hip-Hop heavyweight who’ll soon be taking her talents onto the small screen via an ABC sitcom.

OOOH…

The originator of the “take that” whisper, Sean “Diddy” Combs, will reportedly be taking on the role of executive producer in an upcoming comedy inspired by the life of his former assistant, Sarah Snedecker.

WAS SHORTY MAKING CHEESECAKE RUNS TOO?

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the forthcoming series entitled The Hustle, will focus on a small town girl who lands a job working for a billionaire business mogul.

Though the show is still in the early stages of development, word on the curb has it that the artist formerly known as Puff Daddy will be sharing his EP title with the director of hit film, “The Wedding Ringer,” Jeremy Garelick and Stacey Harman of ABC’s “The Goldbergs.”

So far, no word on when the 45-year-old Bad Boy Records CEO plans to begin shooting the series.
