Disturbing the Peace: Trey Songz pleads guilty to on-stage tantrum; gets probation


Though chaos quickly escalated after Trey Songz's music was prematurely cut off during his December 2016 performance in Detroit, the "Slow Motion" singer caught a lucky break via the judicial system after pleading guilty to having an on-stage meltdown..


For allegedly destroying several pieces of concert equipment after "The Big Show At The Joe" show organizers at the Joe Louis Arena arbitrarily unplugged his microphone .. And tossing a mic that hit a Detroit Police sergeant in the head, giving him a concussion, the 32-year-old "Na Na" vocalist was ordered to serve 18 months of probation, submit to drug testing, and undergo anger management courses.

Immediately following the Dec. 28 incident, Trigga Trey was arrested and charged with malicious destruction of property as well as resisting and obstructing arrest.

Prosecutors spill to TMZ claiming the Virginia bred boomer pled guilty to 2 misdemeanor charges of disturbing the peace for destroying gear and throwing debris…

Charges of aggravated assault and resisting and obstructing a police officer were dismissed as part of his plea deal.
