Don’t Be Tardy for the Court Date?: Kim Zolciak threatens to sue NeNe Leakes for calling her “racist”

NeNe Leakes said what’s she said about Kim Zolciak Biermann and her daughter, Brielle Biermann, being “racist” and “disgusting” amid suspicions the blonde-headed pair broadcast rumors the Real Housewives of Atlanta veteran lived in a “roach infested” house… And now, the “Rich B**ch” the might have to put her money where her mouth is, as Kim is threatening to take legal action against her for sis’ messy speak.

For mercilessly trolling Bravo’s leading surgically enchanted mother-daughter duo on Instagram after footage of the 20-year-old Biermann recording a vermin infestation in her Georgia-based abode leaked all over social media, NeNe might have repent for her digital sins with a multi-million dollar check….

Per a scathing letter via Kim’s newly hired high-powered attorney, Allison Hart of law firm Lavely & Singer, the 39-year-old mother of six wants her RHOA foe to either apologizes or pay-up for the “outrageous and malicious lies,” she spread about her family via the internet.

In the official document, obtained by TMZ, Kim’s legal rep points to several SO NASTY SO RUDE digs NeNe fired off at them online, including, “Kim & her child did something very wrong & disgusting! Black people and roaches in the same sentence don’t work for me boo.” She then went on to call Brielle “#racisttrash” and “#KKK,” adding, “Kim & her daughter oops whole family are racists!”

The lawyer also reportedly says it was NeNe, not Brielle, who posted the video of cockroaches crawling on her bathroom floor to Twitter and Instagram, adding the 49-year-old reality TV honey does in fact have roaches…But it’s not racist to say that.

As for why NeNe targeted Kim and Brielle in an online rant, the courtroom slayer says the RHOA leader is jealous of the success the Biermann babes have enjoyed via their family’s Bravo series, Don’t Be Tardy, and wants viewers to boycott the program—which is presumably why she seasoned her IG slams against them with hashtags like, #blackpeopleneedtostopsupportingtheprejudice.”

Attorney Hart is said to be seeking a prominent retraction on Instagram and Twitter and other social media sites where NeNe posted her comments, along with an apology.

If the television vixen refuses to say sorry, Kim and em’s letter warns, “Your conduct exposes you to multi-million dollar liability.”

So far, NeNe has NOT clapped back or openly respondedto Kim’s legal threats.
