According to the legal documents, obtained by TMZ, Jeremy caught feelings when heard the 43-year-old New Jersey native was planning to take her talents on the Bad Boy Reunion tour.

The business guy’s contract with Faith–which stated that she was to do her thing for him on Sept. 8–reportedly included a non-compete — as in she can’t perform within a 100 mile radius of his gig during the 6 months leading up to Sept. 10.

In the suit, ol’boy says the singer’s peoples told him she was backing out of his deal so he’s suing to block her from doing the Bad Boy show in Atlanta … and he also wants at least $100k for leaving him HIGH AND DRY!
