Feds Watching: Kevin Hart’s multi-million dollar extortion culprit fingered by FBI

TWELVE ON THE HUNT…

Kevin Hart’s team wasn’t ready to fork over bags on bags on bags to the woman seeking to extort the comedian with “sexually suggestive” footage for millions of dollars; thus, law enforcement is said to be on the case and believed to know identity of the culprit.

BOOOOOOOOM….

Instead of seeing money bricks, the only view the guilty party responsible for attempting to realize a “financial gain” on the back of the 38-year-old Central Intelligence actor’s “error in judgement” may have will be prison bars… as the FBI is close to nailing Kevin’s would-be multi-million dollar extortioner.

As for the woman presumed to star alongside the married funny guy in the “suggestive” footage—which reportedly features clips in which she and Kev are chilling at a club, then later believed to be romping around in a bedroom together— the Feds, according to TMZ, know who homegirl is and think she’s either the one who made the money demand… or that someone got hold of her iPhone, on which the video was recorded, and asked for the dough.

On Saturday, Kevin somberly hopped on Instagram apologizing to his pregnant wife, Eniko Parrish, and kids for putting himself in “an environment where bad things can happen.”

Sending so many apologies to my wife & kids. I gotta do better and I will. I'm not perfect and have never claimed to be …I love you all.

Following his online act of contrition, reps for the Real Husbands of Hollywood creator released a statement saying, “Someone tried to set Kevin up in a failed extortion attempt. As law enforcement is involved, we cannot comment further as it could affect the investigation.”

Though Kevin’s people have yet to confirm or deny if he’s actually the guy in the sexually provocative clips, they’ve alleged the woman in the shots has had sexual relations with another celebrity — a TV star — and say he might be the one in the bedroom videos.

The petite Hollywood heavyweight’s squad also notes that the video was recorded on an iPhone that was propped against an object in the room….and such recording without consent is illegal.

THOUGHTS?
