Free AF: Judge dismisses Teairra Mari’s Uber driver battery case

Though based on her stagnant singing career one wouldn’t think that a higher power is on Teairra Mari’s side, proof of her good favor is beaming through as the “Make Her Feel Good” crooner just dodged catching hella jail time for her supposed Knuck If You Buck beat down on an Uber driver …

After more than a year of hair-raising drama, mandatory court appearances, and messy bench warrants stemming from the 29-year-old singer’s alleged assault and cell phone charger robbery of her Uber chauffeur, a judge has reportedly tossed her case due to the driver refusal to take the stand against her in trial.

According to TMZ, TT’s lawyer, Lonnie Brandon, claims the driver passed on testifying in opposition of the Love And Hip Hop Hollywood star because he “knew his story wouldn’t hold water.”

And based on the legal documents, Teairra– who surrendered herself to the authorities after discovering she was wanted for missing a hearing back in June– was also refunded the $26K she laid out for her own bail money.
So, it’s safe to say the reality TV gem is somewhere rejoicing over her courtroom victory and pricing electronic scooters to have on deck the for next time she needs to get from point A to point B and doesn’t want to drive…
