Friends In Low Places: Suge Knight’s attorneys arrested for allegedly bribing witnesses in mogul’s murder case

Incarcerated Death Row Records head honcho, Suge Knight, has some new company behind bars.

Two former legal reps for the purportedly legally blind rap figure, Matthew Fletcher and Thaddeus Culpeper, have been arrested on charges of acting as accessories, in the West Coast legend’s Hit-And-Run murder case, after the fact … a felony.

Per legal papers, obtained by the L.A. Times, the now-jailed attorneys allegedly attempted to financially bribe witness into saying when Suge ran over two people—killing one of them—in the parking lot of a hamburger joint back in 2015, he was acting in self-defense.

Fletcher is being accused of trying to pay onlookers to testify that Suge’s hit-and-run victims and others were in possession of a gun at the time of the murder— a critical point in the music mogul’s defense.

Culpepper allegedly tried to monetarily manipulate an informant to say he was present at the scene of the crime, and give a favorable testimony on Suge’s behalf.

Both attorneys are being held on $1 million bail.
