Get Along With You: Nas And Kelis reach new custody agreement

Nas and Kelis will no longer be seeing night and day when it came to the division of their son, Knight.

In the weeks Hip-Hop’s 42-year-old God Son issued an official complaint to the courts accusing his “Milkshake” singing ex of severely limiting the time he got to spend with their 8-year-old boy, a judge has signed off on a new custody agreement, seeing both parents have equal time with the kid.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Nas and Kelis agreed to share Knight with one another on specific dates—with the “You Owe Me” rapper getting him on weekends.

The Queensbridge representative reportedly gets four full weekends over January, February and March.

His weekend visits will begin immediately after school on Fridays … thru Sunday night, or Monday night, if it’s a 3-day weekend.

As previously reported on Cheekywiki, back in November, Nas filed legal documents claiming his “Get Along With You” singing ex-wife would only “allow” him time with Knight “when she deems it convenient for her.”

He alleged she was constantly “refusing to set up time for our son and me to spend time together,” and asked a judge to make an adjustment to their arrangement.

Per the new agreement, both parents are reportedly required to use their “best efforts to not popularize [Knight] in social media.”
