Gotta Let It Burn: Usher reportedly settles $1 million herpes lawsuit with infected sex partner

OOOOOOOOOP…

U Got It Bad” singer, Usher Raymond, is currently catching a badddddd rep, as newly surfaced legal documents allege that he knowingly infecting a woman with genital herpes…

WAIT, BISH.

WHEEEEEEEEEEET??

A complaint recently filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court dragggggs the married 38-year-old harmonizer for consciously engaging in “rigorous” unprotected intercourse with a celebrity stylist… Without ever disclosing he was stricken with the rabid sexually transmitted disease.

BOYYYYYYY…

Per the court papers, obtained by RadarOnline, Usher– who finalized his divorce from first wife, Tameka Foster, in 2009– was “exposed to herpes” in 2009 or 2010.

The docs go on to charge that a “greenish discharge” once oozed from the “Burn” performer’s penis, but otherwise he had no signs of the infection and was labeled an “asymptomatic carrier” by doctors.
Usher is accused of convincing his private-parts partner that he tested negative for the STD in order to continue delighting in their raw skin sex-capades…

“Believing [Usher’s] statements that it had been nothing and cleared up, [she] continued her relationship,” a lawyer for the victim wrote in a legal complaint for damages.

The “Make Me Wanna” vocalist reportedly continued laying his fleshy man-pipe to his supposed victim for several weeks until she, one day, woke up “feeling very sick” with a “fever of 100 degrees, chills, headache, and aches and pains.”

After discovering, “lesions and blisters in her vagina,” Usher’s complainant claims to have sought medical counsel, which ultimately led to her being diagnosed with herpes.

Official documents reveal the Tennessee born father of two–who’s currently married to wife, Grace Miguel–cut his infected sweetheart a check covering her medical bills totaling $2,754.40.

California law, according to Radar, requires a person who knows or should know they are infected with genital herpes to avoid sexual contact with an uninfected person — or to warn potential partners before sexual contact occurs.

Homegirl’s court filings claim Usher “consciously and purposefully” withheld information about his sexual health status until several days after she was diagnosed with the disease, when the “Trading Places” crooner allegedly called her with his doctor, who confirmed he carries the herpes virus.

Sis’ test results were said to have confirmed a first-time infection… And a file in the settlement reads: “In a series of telephone conversations and online chat sessions, [Usher] has apologized for infecting [her] and told her he would take care of things.”

In a declaration, the celebrity fashionista said she “feels that her health and body have been ruined,” and she “has suffered severe emotional distress and has been extremely depressed … knowing there is no cure.”
