Hemming Up Huncho: NYPD reportedly gearing up to arrest Quavo for Grammy’s after party fight

Being Handsome And Wealthy isn’t keeping Quavo out of the NYPD’s crosshairs.

For allegedly beating the bricks out of famed diamond curator, Eric The Jeweler, during an argument over money owed on a $10K chain at a Grammy Awards after jammy jam, Migos’ 26-year-old de facto leader is said to be in danger of getting arrested, any moment now.

As previously reported on Cheekywiki, not only was Quavo accused of severely putting them paws all over Eric, but also lifting the ice man’s $30K chain during the alleged attack.

New York City detectives have informed Huncho’s lawyer, Drew Findling, that they’ve garnered enough evidence to look up the “Stir Fry” spitter; however, an arrest warrant hasn’t been issued just yet, according to TMZ.

Steadily maintaining his client’s innocence, Quavo’s legal rep reportedly hopes the NYPD and the Manhattan DA’s office don’t embarrass themselves by wrongfully jailing and prosecuting the “Fight Night” rapper.

“This is yet another example of a young African-American hip hop star potentially being treated unfairly by the criminal justice system,” the attorney said.

So far, Quavo has yet to openly comment on this legal entanglement.
