Hip-Hop and Hollywood say goodbye to Ricky Harris

Hip-Hop and Hollywood is in mourning as well known comedian/actor, Ricky Harris, died from a heart attack on Monday. He was 54. 
Throughout his two decade long career in the limelight, the California bred funny man — who rose to fame after appearing on HBO’s Def Comedy Jam in the 90s– made a number of notable appearances on both the big and small screens in classic sitcoms such as Everybody Hates Chris and Moesha as well as feature films like Heat and Dope

Ricky also earned major stain in the rap realm by contributing his talents to creatively hilarious projects for microphone legends Snoop Dogg, Ice Cube, and many more. 

In light of his passing, emcees, actors, comedians, and fans have taken to social media to publicly pay their respects to the beloved cultural fixture.
