I Cry, You Cry: Ja Rule & business partner slapped w/ second lawsuit for Fyre Festival mess

BAGS ON BAGS ON BAGS…

Here’s hoping Ja Rule saved some of the coinnnnss he earned back in the early 2000s when you couldn’t take five steps without a hyped-up rap lover yell “it’s murdaaaaa,” as the antiquated Hip-Hop figure’s reputation and bank book continues to get murdered in light of his epic Fyre Festival fail…

SHEEEEEESH…

On the heels of being smacked with a $100 million class-action lawsuit for allegedly “scamming” wealthy festival guests out of thousands of dollars by tormenting them with a “Lord Of The Flies”-like nightmare after promising to provide a two weekend long stay in utopia complete with luxurious accommodations, gourmet cuisine, and a celebrity-infused line of musical performances… The 41-year-old “Where Would I Be,” spitter is being hit with yet another lawsuit by several pissed off would-be show-goers.
ANOTHA ONE….

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Personal Injury Attorney, John Girardi, filed legal docs against Ja Rule, his fellow concert organizer Billy McFarland, and Fyre Media on behalf of three would-be festival attendees, Chelsea Chinery, Shannon McAuliffe and Desiree Flores.

The suit reportedly alleges the powers that be of the Fyre festival– which was billed as a “cultural moment created from an alchemic blend of music, art and food,” with supermodels Kendall Jenner and Bella Hadid serving as drool-inducing bait in advertisement packages — “tricked” people into shelling out between $1,000-$100,000 dollars for an opulent alternative to the Coachella festival on a private island in the Bahamas…
“Social media ‘influencers’ made no attempt to disclose to consumers that they were being compensated for promoting the Fyre Festival,” the lawyer said. “As Plaintiffs began to grasp the dire nature of the situation, upon witnessing the complete lack of infrastructure necessary to host such an event, a panic enveloped the crowd. Plaintiffs were stuck on the island, with no way off.”
Echoing the initial lawsuit against Ja and his business partner, filed by Mark Geragos, the plaintiffs are said to be charging the festival organizer with accepting ticket-holder’s money while being fully aware that they’d be unable to fulfill the commitments made in their concert’s promotion..

The suit also alleges breach of contract and negligent misrepresentation of fraud…
DAMNNNN…

No word on how much dough Ja Rule and his cohorts will be forced to scrape together for the second set of suing show attendees… But the amount is likely to make the rapper gag…
