It Ain’t My Falut: Tory Lanez denies his drugs and gun Snap Chat video lead to his arrest

Tory Lanez wants you all to know that the incriminating footage of contraband he shared via Snap Chat had nothing to do with his getting arrested on drug and gun charges, this week.
After shelling out some serious bail coin for his release from Florida’s Broward County jail following his Wednesday evening arrest–during which Miramar police clinked up the 24-year-old Toronto representative for carrying a concealed firearm, possession of cannabis 20 grams or less, failure to register a motor vehicle, driving without a valid driver’s license and failure to show proof of liability insurance (and a partridge in a pear tree)– Lanez immediately took to Twitter in effort to clear is sullied name..

“Believe none of what you hear and only half of what you see. don’t let the internet fool you. the truth prevails,” he tweeted in response to mass suggestions that his messy run-in with the law was sparked by a Snap video in which he proudly showcased several bricks of weed and big azz rifles…

Further dousing social media fires claiming cops cuffed him as a result of his self-inflicted dry-snitching, Tory said, “Posted what ? You mean that one time 7 months ago , when I posted the behind the scene props from the “I TOLD YOU” movie ?.”

So far, cops have neither confirmed or denied internet gas that the forbidden goodies in the “Say It” singer’s newly resurfaced recording was in any way connected to his recent arrest.
As for the trouble Tory Lanez faces, his drug charge is a first-degree misdemeanor… While the firearm possession is a third-degree felony, punishable by a maximum fine of $5,000 and up to 5 years in prison.
