J. Lo fans rename a street in her HONOR

Jenny is getting her OWN BLOCK!
MUVA Jennifer Lopez’s fans are petitioning the mayor of the Bronx to name one of the borough’s streets after the 45-year-old singer and actress.
“I need the help of every J.Lover and fan in the world to help support and sign this petition so that we can see Jennifer Lopez have an honorary street named after her in her hometown of The Bronx!,” says SUPER FAN Edgardo Rivera on Change.org.

Rivera, the borderline Kathy Bates in, “Misery,” fanatic SPELLS out EXACTLY why MUVA Lopez should be honored with her own BLOCK in her HOOD.
Noting her strong Bronx roots and her success in the entertainment industry, Edgadro almost makes readers want to re-name their KIDS in honor of JEN.
“Jennifer Lopez (J.Lo) is an American actress, dancer, fashion designer, perfumer, philanthropist, producer, recording artist and television personality. Lopez was born and raised in the Bronx section of New York City from a Puerto Rican family. She received her first leading role in the Selena biopic of the same name in 1997, becoming the first Latina actress to earn over $1 million for a role. Lopez ventured into the music industry in 1999 with her debut studio album, On the 6. The simultaneous release of her second studio album J.Lo and her film The Wedding Planner in 2001, Lopez became the first person to have a number one album and film in the same week. Her 2002 remix album, J to tha L–O! The Remixes, was the first in history to debut at number one on the US Billboard 200, while her fifth studio album, Como Ama Una Mujer (2007), received the highest first-week sales for a Spanish album in the United States. Her music video for On The Floor is the most watched Youtube video by a female artist.”

” Lopez has established herself as a prominent figure in both the film and music industry, in a career spanning four decades. With record sales of 75 million and a cumulative film gross of over $2 billion, Lopez is regarded as the most influential Hispanic performer in the United States, as well as its highest paid Latin entertainment personality.”

WHEW! If Jeopardy ever has a category on Jennifer Lopez, WE’LL BE STRAIGHT after reading all these facts!
Thus far, 750 people have signed the petition, with some fans citing her efforts to raise awareness for domestic violence with her roles in feature films like ‘Enough’ and her work in making Latin-inspired music mainstream as reasons why J. LO she have a street named after her.

“No matter where I go I know where I came from… (South Side) THE BRONX!”
