Jailed Kodak Black asks investigators to dust arrest evidence for fingerprints; claims gun & weed aren’t his

Kodak Black wants law enforcement to break out the heavy investigatory artillery before they permanently stick any serious charges on his back…

In the wake of his most recent arrest for grand theft of firearm, possession of weed, two counts of felony weapon possession, two counts child neglect, and probation violation after the SWAT team raided his Florida residence on January 18, the 20-year-old Painting Pictures creator made his first appearance in court, Monday.

During the hearing, Kodak and his attorney alleged that some of the items found in the house didn’t belong to him, and asked the judge to order the investigating officers to dust all evidence for fingerprints, according to The Blast.

At the time of his arrest, Hip-Hop’s “Skrt Skrt” spitter was sharing his home with other people, and is therefore said to be adamant that neither the stolen gun nor the marijuana found during the police raid belonged to him.

The judge has NOT yet ruled on his request.

Kodak will reportedly remain behind bars until his next hearing on February 23.
