Joe Budden comes for Drake again via “Wake” diss track

You know your pettiness levels have gone through the roof when you specifically drop a diss track at the exact time of your lyrical nemesis’ birth…And that’s exactly what shade god, Joe Budden, did to Drake with his newly released beef-igniting joint, “Wake.”

Just days after coming directly for the 29-year-old Canadian spitter’s spinal cord on song, “Making A Murderer (part 1),” Budden has once again hopped in the booth with more slander aimed at Drizzy…this time letting him know that his seemingly messy industry moves have been peeped and will NOT be condoned.
On “Wake,” the 35-year-old New Jersey native points to the many rising Hip-Hop artists Drake apparently used to his advantage– such as Migos, Mike Zombie, ILoveMakonnen, The Weeknd, PartyNextDoor, and Fetty Wap– then shamelessly tossed to the side without assisting them in the advancement of their respective careers on the mic.

On Mike Zombie:

“Are you lifeless? Sound like a zombie on the track
Remember “Started From the Bottom,” it was Zombie on the Track
Know who else started from the bottom? Zombie on the Track
How come after that joint I don’t see Zombie on a track?
I’m from Jersey, so Zombie I got your back”

On Fetty and Migos:

“Gucci wasn’t home two seconds before you rode his d**k
Bodied Versace flows, copy, that he stole
Ay dios mio, sorry Migos, adios amigo
Was that your plot all along?
Why you ain’t do that vid with Fetty but you hopped on the song?”

On PND, iLoveMakonnen and The Weeknd:

“No really, we want a Party album
But you keep stealing all of Party’s album
To go and put it on your party album
It’s plenty reason to slay you
Kept going up Tuesday’s and now The Weeknd just hates you”
Joey also comes for the “For Free,” lyricist with a reference about his being afraid of Pusha T.

“So I take all the guns, load half the clips
I just notice you run, we mention half of Clipse”
As previously reported on Cheekywiki, the Joe Budden vs. Drake beef started when the “Pump It Up,” rhymer felt the OVO honcho was tossing subliminal shade at him on recently released track, “4 PM in Calabasas.”
Things escalated when Joe went in on Papi’s “Views From The 6,” calling it “uninspired,” during his podcast, “I’ll Name This Later.”
From there, the former “Love and Hip-Hop New York,” star dropped MAM pt. 1 and the rest is history..

No word on whether or not Drake is going to respond to Budden’s disrespectful joints…but if he is, he better come HARD AF..
