Justice4Meek: Superior Court orders Meek Mill’s judge decide on bail hearing

Meek Mill is on deck for a bail hearing… And luckily for the locked-up lyricist, the justice system is demanding his judge make a decision in his case, STAT!

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, the 30-year-old “Lord Knows” emcee begged the Superior Court to release him from prison—where he’s serving out a 2-4 year bid for violating the terms of his probation.

Unfortunately for the captain of Hip-Hop’s Dream Chasers, the higher court refuse to get involved with his mess, but did order judge Genece Brinkley—who’s been accused of handing Meek a “harsh” sentence as an act of revenge for not shouting her out in a song— to make decide the Philly native’s fate “without further delay.”

Meek’s rep, Jordan Siev, released a statement to TMZ saying, “We’re pleased that the Superior Court took immediate action to direct the Court of Common Pleas to decide on the application for bail without further delay. We remain hopeful that Mr. Williams will be promptly released on bail.”

So far, Judge Brinkley has yet to openly make a move in regards to Meek’s bail hearing.
