Back in February, the 38-year-old “Famous,” spitter took to Twitter altering Hip-Hop heads that they’d only have the pleasure of boppin to his latest lyrical masterpiece if they purchased subscriptions to the streaming service.
“My album will never never never be on Apple. And it will never be for sale… You can only get it on Tidal,” Yeezy tweeted one day after his album’s release.

Contrary to Yeezus’ digital declaration, Pablo is now only available via Apple Music but also on Spotify and Kanye’s website..

So, in his class action lawsuit, Justin accuses the Chi-Town spitter and Tidal accruing $84 MILLION from fans under false pretenses in order to “rescue” ten failing music company.
Though homie may have only invested between $9.99-$20.00/month into the streaming service since February, he’s gunning to collect $5 MILLION in damages from Ye and Tidal and invites all other pissed subscribers to join in on the fun…
So far, neither Kanye nor Jay-Z have publicly commented on the lawsuit.
