Kehlani spills on her suicide attempt following the PartyNextDoor/ Kyrie Irving controversy

“I’m strong enough – thank God – to be able to talk about it in a positive way,” formerly suicidal R&B singer, Kehlani, proudly proclaimed as she bravely discussed overcoming the failed attempt she made on her life back in March 2016..

As the 21-year-old “Crzy,” crooner gradually makes her way back into the public eye–after nearly killing herself following a social media SHADE STORM in which she was dragged for allegedly creeping with PartyNextDoor behind NBA boyfriend, Kyrie Irving’s back– the Cali bred cutie recently chopped it up with The Cruz Show about what led to her self-harm and the rehabilitation that ensued.

After confessing that she’s continues to contend with emotional issues on a day-to-day basis, Kehlani made it clear that she is pushing, “forward in an inspirational way and not dragging it on or a victimizing type situation, because I wasn’t a victim. I’m never a victim. I refuse to be a victim.”

While spilling on her reaction to the Twitter and Instagram TROLLLLING she endured after a sexy pic of her and PND went viral, the songstress said, “I think it was a combination of things. I think, one, the response was insane. Two, I think people forgot I was a 21-year-old going through the biggest heartbreak of my life.”
She added, “So on top of it being a very public scary thing…it was, ‘I’m hurting y’all, I’m going through a heartbreak,’ this is a young woman dealing with a guy. So I was really recovering from so many things at once.”
Though still in the midst of her healing process, Kehlani claims the messy unfolding of her situationships with Party and Kyire has made her a tougher girl.

“It’s not too much that can hurt me now,” she served..
