Kodak Black indicted on criminal sexual assault charges


An OD hefty prison sentence is looming over the bantu-knotted head of “Tunnel Vision” rhymer, Kodak Black, thanks to the latest criminal charges pending against him…

For his alleged first-degree sexual misconduct with a teenager in South Carolina back in February 2016, the 20-year-old Florida native is looking at serving several decades in the penitentiary.

Kodak—who, in June, was freed from Broward County Jail after serving 97 days of a 364 day sentence for violating the terms of his court mandated house arrest—is accused of pushing his supposed victim into a wall, throwing her onto a bed, and then biting shorty’s neck and breast before forcing himself on her, according to TMZ.

In light of the allegations, the “No Flockin” spitter, who was actually indicted in April, was arrested in SC last year was released on a $100k bond.

Kodak must adhere to the restrictions of his bond agreement, which mandate that he can’t comment on the allegations against him by way of print, electronic, digital or social media. If he violates the terms of the bond order, his bond could be revoked, reports ABC15.


If convicted, the Hip-Hop hot boy could face up to 30 years in prison.

No word on when a trial date will be set.
