Kodak Black to be released from jail; will serve 55 years if he makes another “mistake”

“No Flockin” rapper, Kodak Black, and his little Bantu-knots will soon be rejoining society as a free man after a judge has ordered for his release during a court hearing, today.
After serving three out of his twelve month sentence in the bing for robbery, false imprisonment, fleeing a law enforcement officer and possession of a firearm by a delinquent, judge Lisa Porter accepted the 19-year-old Hip-Hop rookie’s no contest plea to his numerous charges.

As a result of courtroom official’s approval of Kodak’s negotiation plea, the “Skrt” spitter was sentence to a year of house arrest to be carried out in a South Florida location near his childhood home, 300 hours of community service, anger management classes, and mandatory drug evaluation, according to the Sun-Sentinel.

Judge Porter also agreed to withhold adjudication, which means the Pompano Beach native won’t be deemed a convicted felon, and will be able to tour across the country, freely.

HOWEVER..
Reporter, Brett Clarkson–who was present for the freshman emcee’s hearing on Tuesday–took to Twitter noting that the judge warned Kodak that he WILL be serving a total of 55 years in jail if he makes another, “mistake.”
