Kodak Black will NOT be released from jail

If you popped any bottles of champagne at the news Hip-Hop rookie, Kodak Black, would be released from prison after a 91 day stint, you might want to try re-corking that sh**..

Just hours after the music world celebrated the impending return of the 19-year-old “No Flockin” rhymer–who’s spent the last three months in the bing on robbery, false imprisonment, fleeing a law enforcement officer and possession of a firearm by a delinquent charges– word on the curb has it he will NOT be freed from the joint due to several active warrants out for his arrest.

According to the Sun Sentinel, law enforcement discovered two outstanding warrants against the Florida bred emcee during the process of releasing him from the Broward Main Jail shortly after a judge ordered for his freedom at a court hearing on Tuesday.

Apparently, one of the “Like That,” rapper’s warrants was issued out of St. Lucie County, FL, and the other out of Florence, South Carolina.

In light of Kodak’s newly uncovered legal issues, the microphone newcomer will remain behind bars…though no word on how long..

As previously reported on Cheekywiki, the judge who accepted his no contest plea and agreed to his release from prison warned the “Skrt” lyricist yesterday that he would serve 55 years behind bars if he made another “mistake.”
