Lil Wayne joins Jay-Z’s Tidal as co-owner and releases “Glory” on the site [AUDIO]

GLORY TO GAWD…

In the wake of all the negative waves Jay Z’s Tidal has made in the media over the last few weeks, it seems the 45-year-old rap lord’s music streaming business may be turning a new tide.

It seems Hip-Hop honcho, Lil Wayne, has officially joined his “Mr. Carter,” collaborating partner in his music streaming venture as an artist/owner and released his new track “Glory” on the website.

YASSSSS…..

TIDAL executive, Vania Schlogel, announced Weezy’s recruitment to the SQUAD via press release.

“We’re honored for Lil Wayne to join TIDAL,” she SPILLED . “His eagerness to release an exclusive TIDAL track and schedule a TIDAL X performance is just another example of how passionately artists care about getting their music to fans.”

Though no DROP has been given about Tunechi’s upcoming (subscribers only) TIDAL X concert just yet…We’re sure it’s gonna POP just like J. Cole and Jay-Z’s shows have in the past.

Word on the BLOCK is Wayne may also exclusively release his “Free Weezy Album,” on TIDAL, some time in the near future.

WHICH IS KINDA DOPE…

DO YOU THINK WAYNE CAN HELP SAVE TIDAL FROM DROWNING?

THOUGHTS ON LIL WAYNE JOINING TIDAL?
