Lil Wayne talks suicide in new prison memoir “Gone Til November”

STAY FREE, KIDS..

They say prison does strange things to the mind. And unfortunately for Lil Wayne, the rapper witnessed the serious fragility of a caged human being’s mental stability while he served an 8 month stint behind the wall..

In his newly released memoir, Gone Til November, the 34-year-old Young Money representative openly spills on being super close to self-murder during the time he spent at Rikers Island back in 2010 for pleading guilty to attempted criminal possession of a weapon….

“I ended up thinking about all types of s##t. One thing that stood out was how I’ve never been this close to suicide before. It’s truly a new reality for me,” Birdman’s estranged play-son wrote.

“I was actually there when this kid that was in mental isolation tried to hang up. What’s really f##ked up is that it all could’ve been prevented if the (correctional officers) would’ve just brought him some water,” Weezy continued. “Nobody really attends to him because they are used to them banging on their cells all the time yelling s##t… And being that they’re so used to them banging, they didn’t pay him any mind and by the time they got back there, he was trying to kill himself.”

The “Hustler Music,” rhymer went on to reveal his shockingly apathetic response to the kid’s attempt on his own life…

“And because I was in jail, I was like, ‘Damn, that n##ga is crazy… Oh well, what are we eating tonight?’ Jail desensitizes a lot of things,” he said. “The reality in here is so harsh. I will never understand how anyone could think that this s##t is cool.”

WOWWWWW…

As previously reported on Cheekywiki, Tuenchi also used his memoir to give drop on his involvement in a gay wedding ceremony between two of his fellow inmates, learning that Drake SMASHED his girlfriend, and hooking a prison guard up with one of his supermodel homegirls during his bid in jail…
