Loss Chick: Kirk Frost’s alleged baby mama gets paternity lawsuit tossed

All baby mamas don’t get their day in court.

And tragically, the ex-stripper claiming to have birthed the out-of-wedlock son of Love And Hip Hop Atlanta star, Kirk Frost, is no exception to the rule.

After fighting to prove the married music executive-turned-reality television slayer was in deed the father of her now one-year-old son, Kannon, Jasmine (Bleu) Washington’s paternity case was recently thrown out of court on a technicality.

As previously reported on Cheekywiki, last year, Jasmine filed a lawsuit against Kirk—whose “Boss Chick” wife, Rasheeda, stars alongside him on the VH1 based series—in which she admittedly described herself as his financially kept mistress.

In her filings, the scorned mother accused Kirk of abruptly cutting her off from his funds, and denying paternity of her child after she arbitrarily deaded their affair.

According to legal paperwork, obtained by Bossip, Georgia family court Judge Debra Turner granted Jasmine—who also secured herself some LHHATL shine—two weeks to track Kirk down and serve him with her paternity complaint, or her case would be dismissed.

However, despite her efforts—which included alleging he was evading service of the documents, and threatening to have a warrant issued forcing him to accept the papers—it took Kirk’s purported BM two months to finally serve him the docs.

Unfortunately, sis was two months too late for Judge Debra, who tossed the case out with yesterday’s tuna.

It’s unclear whether or not Jasmine and Rasheeda’s husband agreed to an out of court settlement for baby Kannon.

So far, neither party has publicly confirmed paternity of the boy nor have they openly discussed any child support arrangements.

Kirk and Rasheeda have separated as a result of his alleged affair.
