Meek Mill $50K Flint donation NOT court mandated

DO THE RIGHT THING…

Despite Meek Mill’s many legal woes along with his name being DRAGGED for filth by emcee enemies Drake, Future, and more recently, 50 Cent, it seems the Philly bred rapper is trying to turn his negatives into a positive by giving back to those in need…

CANT FAULT HOMEBOY FOR THAT..

SO CHECK THIS…

Over the last week, the 28-year-old “R.I.C.O” rhymer and G-Unit’s head honcho, 50 Cent, have engaged in an all out war via social media.

In the midst of their Instagram tet-a-tet, Meek dared his “Piggy Bank” rhyming opponent to match him in a $50,000 donation to of Flint, Michigan–a city currently suffering a clean water deficiency due to an excess of lead in their H2O supply.

WELL…

Instead of waiting on Fiddy to accept his challenge, Nicki Minaj’s “All Eyes On You” collaborator gave the aforementioned amount to the Flint Child and Family Health Development Fund (an organization dedicated to fighting the adverse effects of ingesting lead-filled water) AND is gearing up to send 60k bottles of water to the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan.

LIT LIT LIT…

Though it’s assumed that Meek’s sudden stroke of altruism has a lot to do with him wanting to put up a good front for the judge who’ll decide if he has to return to jail for violating his probation in November 2015, sources close to him deny those claims.

Insiders close to the “Lord Knows” rhymer spill to TMZ that his doing motivational speeches and helping out at Philadelphia schools, homeless shelters, and hospitals nothing to do with any court mandated community service.

SIDE EYE…

MIGHT NOT BE MANDATED…
BUT IT PROBABLY HAS A LOT TO DO WITH HIS UPCOMING COURT DATE…

CAUSE HE WASN’T GOING THIS HARD WITH CHARITY BEFORE…

Next month, Mill is slated to face the judge for sentencing in his probation violation case.

HOPEFULLY THIS CHARITABLE FOOTWORK PAYS OFF…
