Migos member Offest DENIED bail for the third time

AINT NO BAIL BIH…

More bad news is plaguing currently incarcerated Migos member, Offset, as he’s been DENIED bail for the third time this year…

SMFH…

SO CATCH…

On Monday (Oct. 26), Bulloch County Superior Court Judge John R. Turner filed documents to deny the rapper’s bond just as he’s previously done at bail hearings in May and June, according to the Statesboro Herald.
The 23-year-old “Versace” crooner has been in jail since he and his cohorts, Quavo and Takeoff, were arrested at Georgia Southern University for possession of drugs and guns back in April.

POOR BOO…

Unlike his rap mates, Offest was held behind bars at the Bulloch County Jail due to his previous criminal record and was later charged with causing a riot in a penal institution and battery after getting into a fight with another inmate.

GOT ZAMN

GOT ZAMN

GOT ZAMN

At the third bond hearing, witnesses testified that the Hip-Hop head did NOT incite the riot…

SO…
Judge Turner reportedly stated that he would review surveillance footage of the incident and decide whether or not to grant homie his bail.

In addition to that trouble, Offset is charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, marijuana possession and carrying a weapon in a school safety zone.
AND A PARTRIDGE IN A PEAR TREE…

So far, no word from Offset’s legal rep about this major set back…
