Migos rapper Offest tells judge he’s been wrongfully accused of being in a gang

LET HIM FREE-IGOS…

As the only member of Migos still locked behind bars since the group’s lock up in April, rapper Offset is saying whatever it takes to gain re-entry into society.

SO PEEP…

As previously reported, the “Freak No More” trio was arrested for felony drug possession during a performance at Georgia State University on April 20.

Migos rapper Offest tells judge he's been wrongfully accused of being in a gang

WELL…

While his running mates, Quavo and Takeoff were freed after posting their $10,000 bail, Offset–who was also charged with felony possession of a loaded gun–was denied bail due to his crime-ridden past.

SO NOW…

The 23-year-old Atlanta native is claiming he’s been wrongfully accused of being a gang member.

BRUH…

According to TMZ, Offset stood in front of a Georgia judge swearing that he has been painted as a gang member by the prosecutor just for being in Migos.

The prosecutor has reportedly pointed to the rapper’s “gang-related” tattoos as evidence that he’s the CEO of the Black Migos Gang.

HOWEVER…

Offset says the tats simply represent a record label called Black Migos Gang rather than an actual street gang…and for that reason, he and his lawyer desperately want the judge to set him free…

HMMMMMM…

No word on whether or not the courtroom gods will rule in the “Versace” performer’s favor.

LETS CROSS OUR FINGERS FOR HIM…
