Here’s some hot tea for that azz…

Mariah Carey’s Sweet Sweet Fantasy tour is undoubtedly leaving sis with a sour taste in her mouth, as she’s just been smackedddd with by a multi-million dollar lawsuit for allegedly fading her concert duties, and trying to place the blame on the show’s promoters.

Bags on bags on bags of the 47-year-old “Honey” chanteuse’s money are being sought after by South American concert promoters, Fenix, who reportedly claim MC openly defamed their brand after she bailed on shows in Argentina and Chile.

Per the legal documents, obtained by TMZ, Fenix says it arranged for Mariah to slay the two concerts—for which she was paid 75 percent of the $703,100 she was due for her performances. The promoters say that was standard ops based on previous deals with the “Its Like That” singer’s camp.

Shortly after she abruptly pulled out of the showcases, Mariah’s company filed a lawsuit against Fenix, claiming it didn’t pay her for the shows and damaged her brand.

Following the cancelled 2016 tour stops, the “Shake It Off” songstress tweeted:

“Devastated my shows in Chile, Argentina & Brazil had to be cancelled. My fans deserve better than how some of these promoters treated them.”

In their newly issued counter suit, the promoters claim low ticket sales at three shows in Brazil was the real reason MiMi DEADED her other performances.

Fenix also alleges Mariah defamed them by saying her fans “deserve better than how some of these promoters treated them,” via Twitter, to her over 17 million followers at the time.

The company is suing shorty for at least $3 million.

Mariah’s lawsuit against Fenix is still pending.
