Money Trouble Man: T.I. & Tiny dead appeal in $6 million tax lien battle with the IRS

Uncle Sam wants T.I️. and Tiny to cough up coins towards their massively outstanding unpaid taxes debt…

And word on the curb has it, the Hip-Hop honeys are no longer fighting back against the government in its attempt to seize their assets in order to satisfy a multi-million dollar tax lien.

Per official papers, obtained by The Blast, T.I. was hit with three liens totaling $6,211,424.76 in unpaid taxes.

In hot pursuit of their dough, the IRS threatened to commandeer the “Why You Wanna” spitter’s prized possessions—including his home—to pay off the debt.

TIP and his Xscape singing estranged wifey reportedly filed documents to have the decision by the IRS reviewed, but the court dismissed their motions because the deadline to file had passed.

However, the VH1 Family Hustle stars appealed the dismissal, blaming a delivery service for making the file late.

According to newly issued legal docs, T.I️. and Tiny have moved to dismiss the appeal completely, and noted that their attorney had already discussed the move with the legal counsel for the IRS.

The case was closed, but the tax liens are still active.

While the status of the relationship between the “Us or Else” rapper and the Feds is unclear, TIP’s decision to fade his appeal could indicate that an agreement was made to rectify the entire situation.
