Nicki Minaj addresses Meek Mill and Drake Beef; SNAPS on New York Times writer for disrespect

NO BEEF FOR NICKI…

After months of radio silence on the matter, Nicki Minaj finally addressed the contentious rap BEEF between her boyfriend, Meek Mill, and Young Money label mate, Drake.

OOOOH…

SO PEEP..

As this month’s cover girl for New York Times Magazine, the 32-year-old “Only” femcee opened up to the publication about the MESSY warfare her boo and industry bestie have engaged in over the last few months.

“They’re men, grown-a** men,’’ MUVA Minaj began. ‘‘It’s between them[…] I hate it. It doesn’t make me feel good.”
Also touching on the legal drama between her mentor, Lil Wayne, and Cash Money Records CEO, Birdman, Nicki said, “You don’t ever want to choose sides between people you love. It’s ridiculous. I just want it to be over.”

HERES WHERE IT GETS UGLY…

Nicki Minaj addresses Meek Mill and Drake Beef; SNAPS on New York Times writer for disrespect

Obvi feeling froggy, the interviewer asked the “Pink Print” princess if she “thrived” off of the dramas that plague Meek and Drake as well as Weezy and Birdman’s relationships.

WELL WHY DID HE DO THAT…

In response, Nicki served, “Why would a grown-a** woman thrive off drama? What do the four men you just named have to do with me thriving off drama? Why would you even say that? That’s so peculiar. Four grown-a** men are having issues between themselves, and you’re asking me do I thrive off drama?”

She continued, “To put down a woman for something that men do, as if they’re children and I’m responsible, has nothing to do with you asking stupid questions, because you know that’s not just a stupid question. That’s a premeditated thing you just did.’

OOOOP…

After calling the MESSY writer “rude” and a “troublemaker” she said ‘‘Do not speak to me like I’m stupid or beneath you in any way’’ and, at last, declared, ‘‘I don’t care to speak to you anymore,” abruptly ending their chat.

BOY BYE…

Before getting DISMISSED, the NYTimes writer was able to squeeze in a question about the “Miley What’s Good,” she shot at Miley Cyrus while receiving her award at the 2015 Video Music Awards.

Nicki made it clear AF that if Miley wants to reap the benefits of the hip-hop culture, she’ll have to understand what affects the type of women who dominate the genre.

‘‘The fact that you feel upset about me speaking on something that affects black women makes me feel like you have some big balls. You’re in videos with black men, and you’re bringing out black women on your stages, but you don’t want to know how black women feel about something that’s so important? Come on, you can’t want the good without the bad. If you want to enjoy our culture and our lifestyle, bond with us, dance with us, have fun with us, twerk with us, rap with us, then you should also want to know what affects us, what is bothering us, what we feel is unfair to us. You shouldn’t not want to know that.’’

STRAIGHT LIKE THAT…

THOUGHTS ON NICKI’s FEELINGS ABOUT THE BEEFS? HER REACTION TO THE NYTIMES WRITER?
