No Beating Baby: Tyrese ordered to refrain from corporal punishment

Spankings are no longer on deck for Tyrese’s daughter, Shayla… As both the “Sweet Lady” singer and his baby mama have BANNED from touching the kid via a laundry list of parenting rules they MUST adhere to.

Though the teary-eyed Hollywood heavyweight was granted 50/50 custody of his 10-year-old after “bitter” ex-wife, Norma Gibson, accused him of mercilessly whooping the girl‘s bottom, the judge presiding over the Four Brothers actor’s case has ordered him to abide by a series of strict conditions, according to TMZ.

The judge ruled:

— Neither Tyrese nor Norma can use corporal punishment in disciplining Shayla.

— Tyrese must take parenting classes focused on appropriate disciplining of his daughter.

— Both Tyrese and Norma must enroll in “high conflict parenting classes.”

— Tyrese and Shayla must enroll in joint therapy with a psychologist. Shayla must also undergo individual counseling.

Luckily for Tyrese—who, at 3:00 AM on Monday, was paid a visit from the LAPD after cops received alarming reports he’d bound, gagged, and kidnapped Michael Blackson—he’ll reportedly get to spend time with his baby girl on Christmas and New Year’s.

However, per the order, the cry-face crooner is only allowed to visit with Shayla in Southern California, until April 30.
