No Glove??: Nelly’s rape accuser claims rapper assaulted her without a condom

AHHHHHH DAMN…

While Nelly is wholeheartedly denying allegations he sexually assaulted a woman, the complaining victim claims the rap heavyweight forced himself upon her without a condom…

In light of the “Ride Wit Me” rhymer’s Saturday morning rape arrest in Washington, his accuser—an unnamed 21-year-old Seattle resident—is coming through with her version of the alleged assault she claims took place after meeting the Hip-Hop honcho, who was on tour in WA, at a club.

Nelly’s supposed vic, according to TMZ , says she and her girlfriend got “tipsy” with the St. Louis representative after being invited to drink at his table in the lounge.

Later, ol’ girl reportedly maintains she agreed to attend an after-party with the “Shake Ya Tailfeather”boomer and his peoples…But, found herself at his tour bus.

The woman alleges she ended up in Nelly’s room but objected to his proposal they engage in sex.

Sis claims the 42-year-old emcee—who’s enjoyed a long term relationship with girlfriend, Shantel Jackson— told her to “shut up” and insisted on getting it poppin, sans protection, despite her refusal.

Following the intercourse, she says she declined Nelly’s offer to give her money, and then was immediately approached by a woman who said, “You gotta go,” before kicking her off the bus and tossing a $100 bill at her.

In response to homegirl’s accusations—which Nelly smooth denied all over Twitter and Instagram upon his release from police custody, yesterday—the microphone monster’s lawyer, Scott Rosenblum, spilled to TMZ saying, “It does not surprise me that she wanted to have her story publicized. That is playbook 101 of a person with an agenda and clearly she has one. The agenda is money, fame and notoriety.”

Revealing they’ve already hired an investigator for the case, the attorney added, “we will be able to show by objective evidence and unbiased witnesses that she has zero credibility.”

He continued, “She’s a person who is making a dangerous, fraudulent allegation to accomplish her own goals.”
